Sparkling Shiraz Mallee Estate Sparkling Shiraz NV has been handcrafted from grapes selected by the winemaker. Yields have been kept low to ensure intense flavour in the berries and to express the fine terroir. This Sparkling Shiraz displays a rich and deep berry colour. The palate shows hints of mulberries, black pepper and subtle vanilla oak complexities. This is a full bodied wine that is excellent drinking.
