Our Wines

Mallee Estate Montepulciano has been hand crafted from vine planted in 2008 by the Ludas family who are good friends of the Markeas family. Yields have been kept low to ensure intense flavor in the berries and to express the fine terroir which has stood the test of time.   The nose has hints of cherries and vanilla. the palate is rounded with cranberry and red plum character which is balanced with firm acidity and French oak maturation. This is a full-bodied wine that is excellent with your favorite cut of steak.
