Brut Cuvee
Mallee Estate Sparkling Brut Cuvee has been handcrafted from Chardonnay grapes selected by the winemaker. Yields have been kept low to ensure intense flavour in the berries and to express the fine terroir.

This Sparkling Brut displays a light straw colour with a fine mousse. The palate exhibits tones of melon with underlying passion fruit and a hint of pear. This is a well balanced wine with a elegant finish.
